Sangat menyedihkan melihat Pakcik Mah Nor,65 tahun mengalirkan air mata diatas kematian mengejut isteri kesayangannya Maimunah, 54tahun. Saya amat pilu melihat seorang suami menangis dengan penuh sebak setelah kehilangan seorang wanita yang bergelar isteri. Berat mata memandang, berat lagi bahu yang memikul...Secara tiba-tiba teman sejati dikala suka dan duka telah pergi buat selama-lamanya. Ya Allah...engkau lebih mengetahu apa yang terbaik untuk hambamu. Semoga roh Maimunah, anak perempuan dan cucunya ditempatkan dalam golongan orang-orang yang beramal soleh.



Apabila saya melihat foto diatas, air mata saya mengalir tanpa henti kerana saya dapat rasakan bagaimana perasaannya setelah kehilangan seseorang yang amat disayangi. Walaupun dalam seusia begini, Pakcik Mah Nor masih memerlukan kehadiran isterinya untuk terus hidup.

Yang ini adalah anak perempuan mereka Surwani Mah Nor yang meninggal dunia bersama anak perempuan yang dilahirkannya di Hospital Melaka. Gambar disebelah kiri, Mustaza Sarmat,29 adalah suami kepada wanita yang berusia 29 tahun ini. Kata-kata akhir sisuami kepada isterinya yang sah dijangkiti H1N1 ini ialah "kuatkan semangat dan jangan risau" sambil memegang tangan isterinya itu. Dia memang terkejut dan tidak menyangka sma sekali akan kehilangan orang yang disayangi.

KUALA LUMPUR 3 April – Influenza A H1N1 meragut dua lagi nyawa apabila seorang ibu dan anaknya yang baru melahirkan anak kedua, meninggal dunia di Hospital Melaka akibat jangkitan virus itu pada Rabu dan semalam.

Mangsa ialah Maimunah Dimah, 54, dan anaknya, Surmani Mad Nor, 29.

Kematian terbaru ini menjadikan jumlah keseluruhan mangsa akibat virus itu meningkat kepada 79 orang di mana 77 kes pada tahun lalu.

Menteri Kesihatan, Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai ketika mengesahkan perkara itu berkata, dua beranak yang berasal dari Jasin itu dimasukkan ke Hospital Melaka dan disahkan Positif H1N1.

Beliau memberitahu, dalam kes pertama melibatkan Maimunah yang meninggal dunia akibat komplikasi diabetes selepas dimasukkan ke hospital dengan simptom penyakit serupa Influenza (ILI).

Sehingga jam 5.00 petang 2 April 2010, jumlah kes ILI yang masih dirawat di hospital di seluruh negara adalah 351 kes, berkurangan 29 kes berbanding bilangan (380 kes) pada 1 April. Dari jumlah tersebut, 28 orang pesakit atau 8.0% merupakan kes Influenza A(H1N1) yang disahkan melalui ujian makmal. Lima (5) kes yang mempunyai faktor risiko dirawat di Unit Rawatan Rapi.

1. releasing urine from the bladder, known as urination

HOW DOES ERECTION WORKS?

• There are no muscle contractions involved in making the penis erect.


• To become erect, the penis instead uses pressure.

Probably the easiest way to understand how the penis becomes erect is to think about a balloon. If a balloon has no air in it, it's limp. As you inflate a limp balloon with just a little air, it becomes elongated and rigid.

The penis uses a similar mechanism, but instead of using pressurized air to become rigid, the penis uses pressurized blood. The penis contains two cigar-shaped structures, called corpora cavernosa (singular: corpus cavernosum), that it uses to become erect.

Think of the corpora cavernosa as balloonlike tubes. ArteriesČ bring blood into these two tubes, and veins carry blood away from them. The penis can be either limp or erect, depending on the flow of blood:

• In a non-erect state, the arteries that bring bÄŒlood into the corpora cavernosa are somewhat constricted, while the veins that drain the blood from the penis are open. There is no way for pressure to build inside the penis. In this state, the penis is limp.
  
• When a man becomes aroused, the arteries leading into the penis open up so that pressurized blood can enter the penis quickly. The veins leaving the penis constrict. Pressurized blood is trapped in the corpora cavernosa, and this blood causes the penis to elongate and stiffen. The penis is erect.

WHAT CAUSES ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION (ED)?
If the arteries leading to the penis don't open up properly, it is difficult or impossible for a man to become erect. This problem is the leading cause of erectile dysfunction (ED).

HOW TO SOLVE ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION (ED)?

• Third-degree prolapse (sometimes referred to as total prolapse) occurs when the entire uterus extends outside the vagina.
